Terms · draft for review
Terms of service
How OpxKit accounts, kit access and purchases are intended to work. These terms are a working draft pending legal and business review.
01
Using OpxKit
OpxKit offers downloadable infrastructure kits, related documentation and an account area for purchases and downloads. The descriptions and requirements on each kit page help you decide whether a kit suits your environment. Use the service lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or other users' access.
02
Accounts
An account is required to buy a paid kit and access its purchase history and downloads. Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. You may delete an eligible buyer account from your Profile page; payment records retained by the payment provider may remain.
03
Kit access and permitted use
A completed paid purchase gives the purchasing account access to the corresponding kit files made available through OpxKit. Free kits may be available after submitting an email address. Each kit may include third-party software subject to its own license. The scope of any commercial license, redistribution rights, team use and update entitlement still needs the owner's review and must not be assumed from this draft.
04
Your deployment responsibilities
You choose how to configure and deploy a kit in your own account. Review the code, prerequisites, permissions, estimated cloud costs and security settings before use. You are responsible for your environment, credentials, operations and any charges from your cloud or other providers. Verification notes describe checks for a particular release, not a guarantee that every deployment will work in every environment.
05
Payments, receipts and refunds
Paid checkouts are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle provides the payment flow and official invoices, and handles applicable taxes through its checkout. Prices and the final amount are shown before payment. Refund and cancellation terms, and how a buyer requests a refund, need to be confirmed with the owner and Paddle before these terms are finalized; this draft does not set a refund window or promise a refund outcome.
06
Availability and changes
Kits may receive new versions, change or be withdrawn. Existing purchase and receipt records may still be available even if a kit is removed from sale. The exact duration of download access, support and update entitlements must be confirmed before these terms become final.
07
Warranties and liability
Software and infrastructure can behave differently across environments. Review any proposed warranty exclusions, limits of liability and mandatory consumer protections with qualified counsel before publishing final terms. This draft makes no claim to override rights that may apply by law.
08
Contact and legal details
The operator's legal business name, address, governing law, effective date and public support email have not yet been confirmed. These details must be added to the final terms. For now, questions can be sent through the Contact page.
